I’ve never been content just moving through systems, I like to understand them, redesign them, and build something better. From scout leadership to launching student-run businesses, I’ve made a habit of turning ideas into real, structured outcomes.
I grew up on Long Island and spent much of my time outdoors, which in turn led me to join the Boy Scouts of America. I eventually became Senior Patrol Leader in my local troop, guiding meetings, organizing trips, and mentoring scouts. My Eagle Scout project involved fundraising and constructing an outdoor enclosure for a local American Legion hall. That’s where I first discovered how much I enjoy leading people and seeing projects through.
In high school, I joined Virtual Enterprise, where my team and I built a virtual fitness company. As VP of IT, I took the lead on branding and digital design. With no coding background, we still created a fully functional, clean digital storefront. It taught me that branding isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about making things feel real and memorable. After junior year, I interned at Veeam Software in Atlanta. I managed a $250K+ renewal pipeline, balancing hundreds of calls and emails while improving how I tracked and organized accounts. It was fast-paced and challenging, but it taught me the value of workflow optimization and how to move with intention in a corporate setting.
At SUNY Oswego, I joined Rich ‘N’ Pour Café & Lounge, a student-run business where I started as Director of Operations and later became CEO. I implemented SOPs, led menu redesigns to boost high-margin items, and helped increase sales by 35% while nearly doubling profits in one semester. It’s where my love for business, systems, and brand-building truly aligned.
After graduating, I joined Kenwood, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit behind the Central New York Real Estate Conference, as Vice President of Marketing. I led the conference’s visual identity and marketing efforts, building a social media presence from scratch and helping promote a student-run event attended by hundreds of professionals and 23 industry speakers. The experience pushed my creative and leadership skills and helped clarify the path I want to pursue professionally.
I’m someone who builds, whether it’s a process, a brand, or a team, and I do it with clarity, care, and the drive to leave things better than I found them.
